About the position
The Myticas team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to serve in a multi-faceted role that combines business analysis, software product ownership, and subject matter expertise. This position involves close collaboration with development teams and acting as the primary contact for clients, particularly in the context of ERP systems and the lifecycle of distribution or manufacturing businesses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analyses, manage backlogs, and create requirements documentation for software enhancements and new features.
- Translate specifications into user stories and use cases for development.
- Support the Development team by providing functional insights and acting as the Scrum Master for feature development.
- Collaborate with the QA team to review test plans and establish testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including Functional Specifications, Workflows, Configuration Details, and Business Rules.
- Provide tier 1-3 support to clients, ensuring a positive user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles that include Business Analysis and Software Product Ownership responsibilities.
- ERP experience, ideally as both a user and subject matter expert.
- Proven track record in analyzing, documenting, and streamlining business processes.
- Strong familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly acquire and master technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with solid project management fundamentals.
