We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team and be responsible for driving sales. This position is closely aligned with internal teams and is responsible for communicating both the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to prospective clients. The Inside Sales Associate will work collaboratively with assigned Business Development Executives and support the business development team with prospecting and lead generation to grow sales funnels. The role requires meeting and exceeding established monthly individual metrics successfully, developing in-depth knowledge about the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services, and generating new business opportunities with prospective clients by leveraging tools such as Zymewire, Citeline Data, Salesforce, and other market research. The Inside Sales Associate will gain commitment from new account decision makers to participate in General Capabilities Calls or Discovery Calls with Business Development and/or a Medpace Subject Matter Expert (SME). Additionally, the role involves following up on inbound marketing leads, identifying qualified opportunities, and providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects. Collaboration with the Marketing team for email outreach campaigns, leading and completing requested information/questionnaires from prospective and current clients, and maintaining appropriate sales activity data within Salesforce are also key responsibilities. The Associate may take on other tasks as needed to support the team and the organization.
