About the position

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the B2B sector within the restoration and construction industry. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting brand awareness through participation in industry events. The position requires a proactive approach to meet client needs and enhance customer service, ultimately leading to increased revenue and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote brand awareness and generate leads by attending conferences and tradeshows.
  • Assist in creating strategies to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Manage the regional sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Expand the customer base through short and long-term sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in solution-based sales preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
