Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential new clients who are looking for solutions to solve their talent and IT challenges.
  • Service existing clients by providing them with solutions for new challenges that arise.
  • Hit performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative, and remaining agile in a fast-paced industry.
  • Authentically connect with clients and potential clients to drive their loyalty.
  • Leverage industry-leading thought leadership and materials to become clients' talent partner.
  • Grow into an expert in the fast-paced and in-demand world of IT.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience AND at least 1 year of staffing experience.
  • A High School Diploma.
