Responsibilities

  • Lead rocket code's strategic expansion in Miami's financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech), leveraging our AI-first expertise to drive growth in the U.S. market.
  • Target high-potential financial institutions in Miami, developing customized strategies for banks, insurers, and fintechs.
  • Create and implement business development plans focused on financial services digital transformation.
  • Position rocket code's AI solutions to address specific financial industry challenges and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the financial services sector.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key financial industry players and associations.
  • Develop forecasting models relevant to financial service sales cycles.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives at banks, insurance companies, and fintech organizations.
  • Represent rocket code at financial industry conferences and events.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on financial technology transformation.
  • Guide business development efforts targeting financial services clients.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align solutions with financial industry requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop financial sector-specific campaigns.
  • Provide market intelligence on financial industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Present executive reports on financial sector business development activities.
  • Contribute insights on financial services digital transformation needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology sales/business development with significant financial services industry expertise.
  • Deep understanding of banking, insurance, or fintech operations and technology needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced English and Spanish required.
