About the position

The purpose of the role is to meet the business objectives initiated by the respective country Retail Assets Business, focusing on customer needs-based selling. The role involves deepening customer relationships and selling credit cards while maximizing penetration from internal channels only. The position requires achieving personal sales targets, segment focus, and fulfilling customer needs with respect to Assets. Operational quality is crucial, ensuring error-free customer applications and documentation, responsive selling, and maintaining nil customer complaints. Risk assurance is also a key aspect, requiring diligence in conducting CDD, MLP & TCF, adhering to policies and regulatory requirements, and reporting any suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales target
  • Focus on internal Branch and Intra channel sourcing HVS customer relationships
  • Ensure operational quality and error-free customer applications
  • Practice appropriate sales and marketing skills
  • Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
  • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
  • Lead the team to achieve outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
  • Serve as a Director of the Board
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with a consistent academic career
  • Extensive sales experience (2 to 5 years)
