About the position

AbsenceSoft is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate leads and sales opportunities by working directly with the sales team and driving all forms of account research and outreach. The role involves utilizing a sophisticated set of technology tools such as Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, Outreach, and HubSpot to execute a territory prospecting strategy tailored for each segment of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build relationships through various creative approaches. In this role, you will manage and optimize lead generation activities by executing innovative outbound strategies, running campaigns through Outreach, managing an influential partner network, researching target accounts, and qualifying marketing-generated and inbound sales leads. You will also assist the sales team in managing territory and account plans while implementing creative prospecting strategies. Effective utilization of Salesforce.com to track activities and execute outbound campaigns is essential, along with demonstrating thorough knowledge of our solutions and value propositions. You will be expected to track lead generation metrics weekly and communicate value by understanding the business drivers and challenges of your target contacts. Participation in a compliant environment while maintaining company controls and security is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities by working directly with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to learn solutions and prospecting strategies quickly.
