About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Mainstream Fiber Networks plays a crucial role in integrating and analyzing data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. This position requires a blend of technical skills and strategic thinking, focusing on customer patterns and market opportunities. The analyst will utilize tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI to manage and analyze data effectively. The role is designed for individuals who are not only proficient in data manipulation but also possess the ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with the BI Director and other key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. In this position, the analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust data integrations using APIs across various platforms, including HubSpot and CDG. They will perform data cleansing and consolidation to ensure the accuracy and usability of data. Additionally, the analyst will create and manage reports in Power BI and HubSpot to identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics. Continuous evaluation and improvement of data strategies based on organizational goals and performance feedback will also be a key aspect of this role. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be expected to perform other related duties as required and assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust data integrations using APIs across various platforms including HubSpot and CDG.
  • Perform data cleansing and consolidation to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Create and manage Power BI and HubSpot reports to identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the BI Director and other key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data strategies based on organizational goals and performance feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Must have experience working within HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
