About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst - Supply Chain is responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence and data analytics to continuously create business tools, metrics, and measurables within the organization that solve problems and optimize growth. This individual works with the Supply Chain, Operations, and Field Asset Management (FAM) departments to provide data insights to drive successful business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable data insights.
  • Provide analytics on trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Support Supply Chain, Operations, and FAM systems.
  • Develop KPIs and measurables.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed by the executive team.
  • Optimize and automate existing systems.
  • Create new systems to streamline analysis and decisions.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or related field required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time-management skills required for successful job completion.
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence systems such as the MS Power Platform, Looker, SAP Business Objects, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Big Query, and/or other related coding and querying applications.
  • Ability to take complex data and digest it into information that is easily understood.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong self-starting skills.
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
