The Planning and Analysis Analyst I at Fresenius plays a crucial role in supporting management by utilizing strategic planning and financial/market analysis knowledge. This position is focused on identifying, defining, and implementing strategic initiatives with a global perspective. The analyst will conduct thorough research and analysis of potential business opportunities that align with the company's short and long-term objectives and strategic plans. This includes performing routine analyses and modeling to evaluate the impact of public policy changes on existing business lines and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, the analyst will work under close supervision to conduct market research, data collection, and various analyses for both long and short-range programs. These efforts will provide strategic direction for the Corporate Development Office (CDO). The analyst will assist in translating quantitative and qualitative analyses into actionable corporate strategies, primarily under the guidance of senior management. This involves analyzing and researching projects through financial feasibility studies and market research, utilizing external data as the primary source. The analyst will also be responsible for generating business planning models to develop strategies and present findings to relevant members of Corporate Development. Engaging in data analyses and modeling of current initiatives and programs as requested by senior management is a key part of the job. The analyst will collaborate with senior management from various business lines to assist in developing strategic business plans and perform routine economic analyses, financial estimates, and risk analysis to support strategic growth plans. Additionally, the analyst will manage projects related to the implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with business line owners, management, and stakeholders to identify resources and establish timelines for successful execution. The role requires drafting materials for presentation to senior management and the supervisory board, as well as escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Building productive internal and external working relationships and developing professional expertise are also essential components of this position.
