The Business Intelligence Analyst at Parker Management will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects of the organization. In this role, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing and creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. They will offer ad hoc analytical support to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring that the analytics platforms align with Parker's strategic vision and business objectives. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis. The position requires the analyst to ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and user-friendly while actively utilizing BI tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. They will provide insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis and implement automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency. The analyst will also be tasked with identifying, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, presenting findings to management in a clear and organized manner. Additionally, the Business Intelligence Analyst will support and co-lead small to medium-scale projects during key phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, review/approval, and testing. They will contribute to the development and enhancement of business intelligence tools and processes that drive efficiencies and support strategic objectives. Regular updates to standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation will be part of their responsibilities, along with writing well-structured business requirements and recommending improvements. Coordination with various departmental teams to improve productivity and assisting with project management for selected projects will also be essential aspects of this role.
