We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, which plays a crucial role in providing business intelligence and finance support services to enhance Tend's operations and development. The BI Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust business intelligence infrastructure that ensures scalability and reliability. This role involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies to maintain data integrity and consistency. The BI Analyst will create insightful and interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the BI Analyst will proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for driving business outcomes and operational efficiencies, while also supporting ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the business intelligence infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency
  • Create insightful and interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs

  • Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries and coding (SQL) are a plus
