About the position

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst position at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a full-time role within the Enterprise Applications and Data Platforms (EADP) department. The analyst will be responsible for developing data-driven visualizations, dashboards, and reports to address business questions across various functional areas. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment and offers the opportunity to build a world-class data and analytics organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven visualizations, dashboards, and reports that answer pressing business questions.
• Learn business processes, objectives, and the underlying data to develop analytics solutions.
• Research, learn, experiment, and test new applications and technologies independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• Development experience with relational databases, SQL, and BI applications such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics (OAS/OBI), Tableau, Qlik, etc.
• Modeling structured and/or unstructured data.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience working within Beckman Coulter in an internship role.

• Defining business processes and converting them to technical requirements.
