About the position

The Business Intelligence Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business value within the Business Intelligence team. This remote position focuses on utilizing data analytics, visualization, and modeling techniques to interpret complex data sets, ultimately improving staffing solutions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall success of MSP staffing services.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights that drive business value.
• Utilize data analytics, visualization, and modeling techniques to interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver BI solutions utilizing Tableau, IntelliReach, and other necessary tools.
• Investigate opportunities to increase the value of existing BI solutions and recommend new approaches.
• Apply knowledge of Business Intelligence methodologies to support internal and external customers.
• Encourage the use of storylines to explain data trends and anomalies to Delivery and Engagement Partners.
• Introduce new analysis and methodologies to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for delivery improvement.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders from Managing Director to Program Managers.
• Provide feedback to the BI Product Development Team on new products and enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in BI tools and applications, particularly Tableau and IntelliReach.
• Proven analytical skills to provide strategic recommendations based on data findings.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical team members.
• High business acumen to understand and fulfill business requirements.
• Change management skills to drive decision-making and program performance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with program SLAs/KPIs for measuring performance.
• Ability to work in a remote environment effectively.
