BUSINESS MANAGER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO EVP, COMMERCIAL SALES & STRATEGY ( HYBRID)

About the position

This role supports the Executive Vice President of Commercial Sales and Strategy for Compass Group, NA while also managing key business operations and projects. The position involves scheduling, coordinating meetings, handling budgets, and overseeing reports. The role also acts as a point of contact for teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. This position is based in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
• Oversee and coordinate business projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications.
• Handle team coordination, including scheduling, reporting, and project updates.
• Track budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning for events and meetings.
• Extract data from SAP and other systems to support project and team needs.
• Liaise with IT and facilities for office and meeting logistics.
• Assist with additional business tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in executive support or business management.
• Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft CRM, SAP, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and handle sensitive information confidentially.
