We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Business Manager to join our Alternative Delivery Operations team. Under the direction of the Director of Alternative Delivery Operations this position will be primarily responsible for overseeing the construction administrative staff which support various Joint Venture construction project teams. Administrative tasks which this role will oversee include but is not limited to: Contract/Subcontract Administration, Labor Compliance, Subcontract Compliance, Time & Material Billing, Equipment Tracking, and General Office Management. This role will provide hands-on support for each administrative function until each role on the team is filled.
