Monitor aging of accounts receivable and initiates collection of invoices. Coordinates and controls receivables activity, ensuring that billing and collection occur by the specified deadlines. Researches and investigates customer account issues, monitors in and out of school collections, monitors and controls non-payments, delayed payments, and other anomalies. In charge of ordering, distributing, and receiving of books, student and office supplies In charge of campus inventory management Analyze, resolve, and perform student account reconciliations Support Campus Director with budget related issues Fulfill ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications 0-2 years (within past 5 years) full time accounts receivable, purchasing and inventory experience. BA/BS in Business/Accounting/Finance is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of billing and collection concepts, policies, and processes. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Knowledge and understanding of computerized accounting systems, including a working knowledge of Excel. Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
