Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers
  • Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
  • Provide customers with invoice copies
  • Maintain call list
  • Monitor orders before the cut-off
  • Communicate regularly with coworkers and customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • General computer knowledge including Word and Excel
