About the position

The Business Operations Analyst role at TEKsystems involves managing various operational processes, supporting cultural initiatives, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, emphasizing strategic insight and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Support the team's cultural and brand initiatives including award recognitions and all hands meetings
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business operations, project management, or strategy experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel/ PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize competing demands
