About the position

The Business Operations Coordinator at Principle Health Systems plays a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth in the medical sector. This position involves coordinating administrative and project-related tasks, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Business Operations and assist in managing projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete important administrative and project-related tasks to support business growth initiatives.
  • Create project dashboards and to-do lists, tracking responsibilities and project task statuses.
  • Generate reports and presentations to inform and improve business operations.
  • Compile information for sharing with potential business partners and investors.
  • Proofread and draft correspondence as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to track high-value inventory in the field.
  • Complete and submit applications for healthcare entities and vendors.
  • Coordinate execution of contracts, ensuring timely involvement of stakeholders.
  • Improve document control processes to enhance business outcomes.
  • Assist with the establishment of new office locations and timely filing of changes to CMS and other entities.
  • Track metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting, generating graphs and charts as needed.
  • Gather relevant information from department managers to support projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Business Operations in managing medium-small projects across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of corporate office experience; medical or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, project execution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with employees and third-party representatives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adaptability to a growing business.
