WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to consult subdivision leaders in implementing business action plans, which include resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands. The role involves collaboration with IT Managers and Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases. The candidate will be responsible for reporting and publishing KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals. Additionally, the role includes preparing and reviewing internal and external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services, managing and facilitating high-profile projects to ensure timely and smooth completion, and preparing executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management. The candidate will also develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Papers, process flows, SOPs, memos, and financial reporting, while providing insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments and enhancements based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify expansion or efficiency opportunities. The role requires handling complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
