About the position
The Business Product Analyst III at FedEx is responsible for defining and articulating product requirements and acceptance criteria. This role involves managing the product vision and backlog, building relationships with business and product teams, and ensuring program effectiveness against target metrics. The analyst will prioritize requirements based on business value and alignment with product strategy, while also performing additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases).
- Own the product vision and product backlog.
- Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product teams.
- Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners.
- Manage program effectiveness against target metrics.
- Prioritize requirements within the product backlog based on business value, ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an information technology or engineering environment.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an information technology or engineering environment.
- 2 years of experience with Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, Project Management, SQL, and XML Analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
