Business Systems Analyst Sr - Asset Liability Management Regulatory Risk

As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. The Regulatory Risk Management team in Business Technology and Innovation Group at PNC is dedicated to developing innovative data products and business process solutions to support the Asset and Liability Management team at the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Work on business and regulatory requirements related to FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, Single counterparty Credit limit FR2590, Basel III.
• Analyze Regulatory implications of on and off-balance sheet activities.
• Document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
• Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.
• Participate in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
• Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Banking, Financial markets and products.
• Experience in FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, FR2590, Basel III and the corresponding regulatory submissions.
• Relevant work experience in interpreting Fed instructions for specific regulatory reports.
• Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases.
• Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the area of analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.
