About The Position

The Business Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services Senior Manager at REDW LLC is responsible for managing various engagements related to business valuation, economic damages, and forensic accounting. This role emphasizes business development and requires strong project management skills, leadership, and a collaborative approach to expand the firm's client base, particularly in Oregon, while also supporting other regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business valuation and forensic services, along with a proven track record in client development and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in business valuation or forensic accounting.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• Business valuation designation (ASA, CVA, and/or ABV).
• Demonstrated client account management abilities and direct impact on revenue growth.
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial due diligence and forensic accounting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a go-to-market approach for the Salem, OR office, building trusted relationships with clients and team members.
• Lead business development initiatives and events for existing clients and targeted new accounts.
• Manage internal and external practice development efforts and account management for the Oregon market.
• Serve as the principal contact on engagements, managing client deliverables and overseeing engagement colleagues.
• Direct the efforts of managers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
