The busser is responsible for assisting all wait staff with all duties. This includes providing supplies and support to all Food & Beverage (F&B) staff, maintaining and cleaning all service areas and floor areas, and ensuring that all F&B areas are checked, cleaned, and maintained constantly. The busser will also be responsible for cleaning, setting up, and breaking down tables, trays, and stations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, the busser will assist bar backs with side work, including emptying trash from bar and wait station areas, and will complete all side work duties as required.
