About the position

The Sterling Group Real Estate, part of Keller Williams Realty Infinity, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Real Estate Buyer & Leasing Agent to join our top-producing team in Naperville, IL. This full-time position operates on a 100% commission basis and reports directly to the Group Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist clients in purchasing or leasing both residential and commercial properties. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, identify market trends, and negotiate favorable terms for our clients. As a Buyer & Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and leasing processes, ensuring that their needs and preferences are met. You will conduct property showings, arrange tours for prospective buyers and tenants, and provide detailed information on property features, market conditions, and pricing. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market research to identify suitable properties for clients and stay updated on local real estate trends and property values. Your role will also involve assisting clients in negotiating purchase offers or lease agreements, maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on property searches and transactions, and developing a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities. Marketing strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will create and implement campaigns to promote properties for sale or lease, utilizing online listings, social media, and open houses.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with provided leads for buyers and tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers and tenants, providing detailed information on property features, market conditions, and pricing.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify suitable properties for clients, and stay updated on local real estate trends and property values.
  • Assist clients in negotiating purchase offers or lease agreements, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential buyers, tenants, and other real estate professionals, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property searches, market conditions, and the status of ongoing transactions.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or lease, including online listings, social media campaigns, and open houses.

Requirements

  • Active ILLINOIS Real Estate License
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, buyer's agent, or leasing agent is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and local zoning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
