About The Position

The Buyer position at Workrite Ergonomics involves managing procurement processes to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, buying, and/or planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combined education and work experience.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and experience with MRP/ERP database systems such as BAN, SAP, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified suppliers and evaluate supplier reliability through RFQs.
  • Procure items while optimizing price, delivery, and terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Develop and build relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration.
  • Negotiate price, terms, quality, delivery, and replenishment strategies.
  • Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in the ERP system.
  • Participate in and contribute to the monthly Sales and Operation Planning process.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and replenishments of materials.
