About the position

The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design drawings using CAD software. This role involves collaboration with the design team to ensure high-quality and accurate designs that meet project specifications, particularly in the fabrication of overhead doors, roll down gates, and various types of iron works.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed design drawings using CAD software.
• Work with other members of the design team to ensure the accuracy of designs.
• Evaluate existing designs and develop new and improved designs.
• Provide technical support and advice to other members of the design team.
• Troubleshoot design issues.
• Ensure design drawings meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain documentation of designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CAD design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
