Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer Service/Sales experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required.
• Previous medical office experience is a plus.
• EMR experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the growing patient population.
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures.
• Direct correspondence between Physicians and Patients.
• Triage all incoming calls.
