About the position
The OR Senior Tech provides superior patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring highest quality care and service. Responsible for assisting the surgeon and other Operative Room staff during a variety of operative procedures. Utilizes age appropriate specific knowledge when providing care for all patients. Demonstrates an expert level of scrubbing knowledge in all surgical services. Demonstrates ability to plan and troubleshoot various complex surgical procedures (i.e. open heart surgery, micro-neuro surgery, total joint and other orthopedic surgeries). Scrubs for all procedures as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements
- BLS required
- Minimum of one year two year Cardiac surgery experience required
- On call weekdays and weekends (rotational) required
Nice-to-haves
- Certification preferred
