About The Position

As a Care Manager, you will use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. Your role will involve engaging and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and looking for changes in their day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan. You will also encourage resident participation in community programs and activities, making a significant difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
