About the position

The Caregiver or CNA position at Belmont Village Senior Living involves providing essential caregiving services to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. The role focuses on delivering exceptional assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), encouraging socialization, and ensuring the well-being of seniors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Providing caregiving services to residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care, and mobility.
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities and outings.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Building lasting relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Caregiver experience for people with dementia / Alzheimer's / memory impairment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a senior living environment.
• Certification as a CNA or similar qualification.
