About the position
Home Instead is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and help expand the world's capacity to care for aging adults. This part-time position involves providing non-medical services that enable seniors to live independently in their homes while receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Remind clients about medication and appointments
- Assist clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues
- Care for clients with Alzheimer's disease
Requirements
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
