About the position
As a SONIC Drive-In Carhop, you will play a crucial role in delivering a friendly and fast experience to every customer. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives their orders promptly and accurately, while also providing exceptional service that leaves them satisfied. You will be the face of SONIC, engaging with customers and creating moments of magic that enhance their dining experience. Your menu genius skills will come into play as you assist customers in navigating the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences. Additionally, your ability to resolve customer concerns will be key in maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
