About the position

We are seeking experienced carpet installers to join our busy shop for full-time, year-round work. This position offers consistent opportunities for installation, allowing you to set your own availability while we manage the logistics.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flooring including carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of installation projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation needs and schedules.

Requirements

• Experience installing flooring, particularly carpet.
• Must have your own truck and tools for installation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and social security card.
