The Catering Chef reports to the Catering Manager/Director and is responsible for developing and executing culinary results to exceed customer expectations within a Senior Living Community. The Chef oversees and manages culinary and financial operations to meet service, production, and presentation standards. The Chef applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food. In addition, the Chef will be responsible for client relationship management and overseeing and developing an hourly staff. This position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with some afternoons and evenings required. The salary ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, and benefits eligibility begins on the first day of employment.
