About the position

Marten Transport is seeking Class A truck drivers for regional reefer opportunities. This position offers high miles, excellent earning potential, and a supportive work environment, allowing drivers to maintain a work-life balance with guaranteed home time.

Responsibilities

• Transport refrigerated goods across regional routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Manage time efficiently to maximize driving hours and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a reefer truck and understand temperature control systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with refrigerated freight.
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Previous experience in a regional driving position.
