About the position

CDL Delivery Drivers are essential to the daily operations of the company, responsible for delivering products to customers while ensuring top-notch customer service. They interact with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers to meet business expectations, and are the face of the company, representing its values and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, loading, and checking-in products at customer accounts
• Balancing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring applicable paperwork is received
• Work or rotate delivered product when necessary
• Uphold sustainable relationships with customer accounts by providing outstanding consistent customer service
• Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and government regulations including all DOT & state liquor laws and regulations
• Complete Driver assigned duties delivering Company's products in a safe, timely and professional manner
• Inspect the vehicle pre- and post-trip to monitor the maintenance and safety of the vehicle
• Work with all team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiatives
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certifications

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months previous CDL driving experience
• Previous grocery or retail experience
• Class A (Manual) CDL
