Celbar Sales Director

About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Barcel Sales Leader to join our team and lead the strategic sales initiatives for the Barcel USA brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the consumer goods, food, or snack industry.
• Proven track record of success at an executive level.
• Strong experience in managing operations or sales teams across both the U.S. and Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams across different geographies and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to manage P&L.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada as needed for key business engagements, customer meetings, and team leadership activities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with multinational companies and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Knowledge of the snack and food service sectors with an established network of industry contacts in both the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Fluency in both English and French (Canadian) is a plus, but not required.
