About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hoyer Lift for resident mobility.
• Eagerness to improve and continuously learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Enforce health and safety standards in the facility.
• Support residents in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Utilize Hoyer Lift for resident mobility as needed.
