About the position

Providence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla. This part-time position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, primarily during the night shift. Responsibilities

  • Support nurses in surgical and patient care tasks.
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in acute care settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
