About the position

The Head Chef position at the Moose Lodge involves planning and executing event menus for various gatherings, including weddings and member dinners. The chef will also be responsible for preparing nightly dinners for lodge members from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to meet specific client needs.

Requirements
