About the position

The Experienced Chemical Engineer II position at Honeywell UOP offers a unique opportunity to work both in the U.S. and internationally as part of a Field Operating Service (FOS) team. This role involves collaborating with technology experts from UOP's Operating Technical Service to provide on-site support during the commissioning of UOP technologies. FOS advisors play a crucial role in ensuring that plants and operators are prepared for the initial start-up of UOP technologies, which includes being present before, during, and after the start-up process. They are responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical assistance, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed during the commissioning activities. The position demands flexibility, as advisors may travel for extended periods, typically ranging from a few days to several months, depending on the project requirements.
