The Assistant Store Manager will also be involved in processing and replenishing merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked and organized. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a customer-friendly environment.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of merchandise promotions.
  • Demonstrate salesmanship skills to maintain sales productivity levels.
  • Assist in merchandising, including floor moves and display maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the store, including bathrooms and stockroom.
  • Process and replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • 6-12 months of retail experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and another language.
  • 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
