About The Position
The Chief Engineer at ABM Industries is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within a property, ensuring maximum reliability and lifespan of all systems. This role involves managing staff, responding to client requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies and governing codes. The Chief Engineer will also be involved in general building maintenance, operations of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and will play a key role in developing operating procedures and budgets.
