About the position

The position is for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will partner with B2B CFO & B2B EXIT to provide strategic business advisory services to privately held companies. The role focuses on helping business owners improve their financial performance, navigate the buying and selling of companies, and prepare for future sales. This opportunity allows for significant autonomy and the ability to build a consulting practice while leveraging the company's established brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
• Assist in increasing cash flow and securing bank loans for clients.
• Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
• Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.
• Develop a consulting practice within the local market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
