About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Partners of Change will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the organization remains financially healthy and compliant. This strategic role involves contributing to the financial direction and sustainability of a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals in need of supported living services.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and compliance filings.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, board, and senior leadership team.
• Manage the organization's financial health, ensuring resources are used efficiently to support our mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• 8-10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in non-profit financial management.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
