This full-time hybrid position requires a professional with extensive experience in non-profit fiscal leadership and strong analytical skills to translate strategic vision into actionable financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the organization.
• Manage financial planning, financial statements, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Demonstrate mastery of change to translate strategic vision into practical action.
• Provide clear direction and strong leadership for YMCA fiscal management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in the non-profit sector.
• Strong financial planning and finance skills.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
