About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial operations of a family-friendly, privately held bank group. This role is pivotal in overseeing the accounting functions, managing IT, and participating in various committees, ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of the institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting functions for the bank.
• Manage IT operations and ensure alignment with financial strategies.
• Participate in various committees including IT, Asset-Liability, and Audit Investment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably as a CFO or Controller.
• Experience in a financial institution with assets around $500 million.
• ACPA or Master's Degree is highly encouraged.
