About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing multiple departments including Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, and Marketing. In addition to managing the financial operations, the CFO will be responsible for leading a team of three staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in governmental accounting.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
